The course of cooperation - first steps

Each project begins with determining its requirements and needs. Sometimes it's a document, sometimes an email, sometimes a face-to-face conversation. Due to the fact that in almost all cases the goal of projects is to "start or increase sales", during the interview we focus on optimizing the path that leads to this goal.
